Laptop arrived in like new condition. One thing to note was that part of bottom panel was slightly ajar but I was able to snap back in without too much fuss. It actual was kind of neat because it showed me they made sure everything inside was good to go! I am in the middle of setting it up so I don’t have too much to go off but everything seemed to be in order. Would defiantly recommend this company and would buy from them again. Only negative part was FedEx was delayed.
